This case is base on a government that is trying to implement a new IT system that will help them automate their process. So the problem that they had encountered was when they first implement the system, there was a great increase in their corruption. Because the people did know how to use the system, so the fixers take advantaged of the people’s ignorance of the system. But in the long run the corruption grew smaller, because the people now already know how to manipulate the system.

Now the question here, can we adopted the same system here in the Philippines? Well I guest we can do the same, because I think one way to solve and eliminate our corrupted officers is to implement a system that will automate their processes. So that they will not be able to make some editing and it will also speed up the processes of the government. Maybe at the first implementation, the corruption will reach its highest limit, but in time the corruption will grow smaller.

So I conclude, as much as possible. If the Philippines have enough budgets, I think it would be wise to develop and implement an IT system that will them lessen the corruption and optimize their processes. With less corruption, our country will have more money to develop the countries tourist spots. So that many foreigners will be attracted to come to the Philippines, and with many foreigners, the Philippine peso will rise and the supply prices will decrease.
